Heidi O’Donnell, PA-C
Heidi graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and then attended Baylor College of Medicine to receive her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies with honors in 2007. She began her career in surgical oncology at MD Anderson working primarily in the breast & melanoma departments before moving to a private dermatology practice. She has specialized training in Lifestyle Medicine and enjoys educating her patients on healthy habits to prevent chronic disease. Heidi founded Home Sweet Health as a platform to serve the community with convenient at-home care with an amazing team of providers. She and her husband have two kids and enjoy playing tennis together!
Shelly Ableson, PA-C
Shelly graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University and went on to obtain a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine. Shelly has practiced in vascular surgery at The Methodist Hospital as well as in pediatrics in a private practice setting. Although Shelly loves all aspects of medicine, she is excited to put her aesthetics training and experience to use and offer Dysport cosmetic appointments to our clients as well. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, watching her children play sports, running, and snow skiing.
Lizzie Devlin, PA-C
Lizzie is a native Houstonian and graduated from The Kinkaid School. She went onto play collegiate field hockey and softball at Brown University where she graduated with honors in Biology with a PreMed focus. Lizzie graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 2011 with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Her first job as a PA was working in a bilingual family medicine clinic. Lizzie loves the personalized medicine of Home Sweet Health and enjoys serving as a provider to her patients in the comfort of their home. Lizzie and her husband are high school sweethearts and enjoy chasing after their four children, ages 9-3. You can find them on an athletic field pretty much any given night of the week. They enjoy traveling, being outside and family time.
Kelly Crystal, PA-C
Kelly received a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her medical training at Baylor College of Medicine where she graduated with a Masters of Science with honors. Kelly has worked in OB GYN and General Women’s Healthcare in private practice, hospital, and not-for-profit clinical settings. She has also traveled to Guatemala to provide medical care to rural communities.
As a mother of four, Kelly knows the pain of having to take a child to the ER for a sick visit or stitches. She desires to serve families in a way that provides the best possible health outcomes while also being as convenient and comfortable as possible.
Linda Egan, PA-C
Linda is a native Houstonian and graduate of Bellaire High School. She received her B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M prior to pursuing her Master’s degree at Baylor College of Medicine. Since becoming a PA, Linda has worked exclusively in OBGYN and medical aesthetics. She has extensive training in cosmetic dermatology and enjoys the ability to merge her artistic talent with her passion for medicine. Linda loves being a part of Home Sweet Health because it provides personalized care that fits easily into her patients’ busy lives. Linda and her husband enjoy traveling and have three daughters they absolutely adore.
Ashley Bilger, PA-C
Ashley graduated from the University of Virginia and later graduated from Baylor College of Medicine with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2015. She began her career in oncology at Mount Sinai Hospital (NY, NY) working in the prostate cancer department and later moved to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (NY, NY) where she worked in the lymphoma department. Ashley has specialized training in Lifestyle Medicine and enjoys educating and counseling patients on healthy, sustainable habits to prevent chronic diseases. Ashley is passionate about caring for patients and their families and providing quality care in the comfort of their home. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exercising, playing tennis, and socializing with friends.
Laurie Hughes, CNP
Laurie received her undergraduate degree in nutrition and kinesiology from TCU and education degree from University of Houston. She went on to receive her nursing degree and master’s in nursing from Texas Women’s University in Houston. She has worked in Cardiovascular ICU, Women’s Health and for the last 18 years at The University of Texas MD Anderson primarily in the Breast Surgical Oncology Department and Infusion. Laurie is passionate about caring for patients and their families. She has two busy teens and knows the importance and impact of having your medical care taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. Through Home Sweet Health, Laurie is excited to bring her expertise and passion for caring to patients in the comfort of their own home.
Olivia Pipkin, MA
Olivia graduated from Texas A&M in 2021 with an Allied Health degree and a minor in Business. She has always been passionate about working in the medical field. Olivia has had the opportunity to help provide medical care to the underserved which has helped her understand the importance of quality care. She is excited to work as a Medical Assistant for our practitioners in this unique setting and will continue to work towards her goal of becoming a Physician Assistant.
